Registration for Night to Shine Palatka 2026

All honored guests MUST be registered by a legal parent, caregiver, or guardian- Caregiver registration is now included in the honored guest registration. Caregiver #1 (completed in the honored guest registration) must stay on campus AT ALL TIMES during the event. You cannot drop off your honored guest and leave due to safety concerns.

Night to Shine Palatka is an evening dedicated to celebrating individuals with disabilities aged 14 and older. 

ONLY Honored guests over age 18, PARENTS, CAREGIVERS, OR LEGAL GUARDIANS are to register the honored guests.

This registration is for all volunteers. Volunteers must be at least 16 years old. For individuals under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must complete a permission form. 

Each volunteer is required to complete a background check (self-pay: $13.95) annually. Instructions on how to complete your background check will be included in your registration confirmation email.
